Anita Francisco Elliott

Mrs. Anita Francisco Elliott of 1219 Ash Avenue, South Boston, VA died on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at the age of 90. She was born in Keysville, VA on December 4, 1921 to the late Joseph King Francisco and the late Mary Jude Francisco and was married to the late Floyd James Elliott, Sr. Mrs. Elliott was a member of First Baptist Church and a retired bookkeeper for Hillcrest Plumbing. Survivors include one daughter, Judy Fisher of South Boston, VA; son, Floyd Elliott, Jr & wife, Ramona of South Boston, VA; two brothers, Alvin Francisco of South Boston, and Cecil Francisco and wife, Lib of Goldsboro, NC; sister, Avis Jones of South Boston, VA; grandchildren, Sherri Bee, Kim Welcher & husband, Chip, Floyd Elliott, III, and Jeremy Scott Elliott; 2 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and 1 step great grandchild. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at 2:00 PM in Brooks Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dave Anderson & Rev. Joe Francisco officiating. Burial will follow in Halifax Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Brooks Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 from 7:00 PM until 8:30 PM and at other times at the home of her daughter, Judy Fisher, 1096 Ash Avenue, South Boston, VA.
