Ann Ford Royster

SOUTH BOSTON - Mrs. Ann Ford Royster of South Boston, VA died Monday, October 5, 2015 at the age of 89. She was born in Halifax Co., VA on June 9, 1926 to the late William Lawrence Ford and the late Auvie Lowery and was married to the late James Royster. Ann was a retired secretary for the Halifax Co. Clerk of Court. Mrs. Royster is survived by nieces, Carolyn Burgh and Jane Carter; nephew, Richard Carter; and great nephew, Gerald Ellixson. She was preceded in death by her husband, sisters, Madeline Ellixson and Carolyn Carter, and nephew, Gerald Ellixson, Jr.. Graveside servivces will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 11:00 AM in Aarons Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Randy Holmes officiating.
