Annette Ratliff Roach

Mrs. Annette Ratliff Roach of 1040 Laura Ct., Halifax, VA died Monday, July 1, 2013 at the age of 63. She was born in Halifax Co., VA on February 8, 1950 to Marie Talbot Ratliff and the late Joe Ratliff, Sr. and was married to Lewis Roach. Mrs. Roach was receptionist at Daystrom and was a member of the South Boston Church of God. Survivors include her husband, Lewis Roach of Halifax, VA; her mother, Marie Ratliff of Halifax, VA; a son, Casey Roach of Halifax, VA; a daughter, Christy Snead and husband, Devin of Nathalie, VA; and four grandchildren, Christopher Beadles, Alexandria Powell, Trevin Snead, and Gabriel Snead. She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Ratliff, Sr. and one brother, Joe Ratliff, Jr.. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2013 at The Potter's House Restoration Ministries with Rev. Kevin Mullens officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Brooks Funeral Home on Friday, July 5, 2013 from 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM and at other times at the home of Christy & Devin Snead, 1036 Amber Ct., Nathalie, VA.
