Barbara Ann Wolfe Malsbury

Barbara Ann Wolfe Malsbury of Red Oak, VA passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2024.  She was born in New Jersey on March 25, 1946 to the late James Wolfe and the late Dorothy Brown Wolfe and was married to Leroy Frank Malsbury.

Barbara was employed with Charlotte County Transportation for 33 years and also a CDL instructor.  She loved horses and was a trainer and also showed horses for herself and others. She also enjoyed painting turkey feathers scenic portraits.  Barbara was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Red Oak.
She was a cherished wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband, Leroy Frank Malsbury of 57 years; son, Leroy James Malsbury and grandchildren, Bridglee and Becklee Malsbury.  She was preceded in death by a sister, Alice Agons.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, July 6th at Antioch Baptist Church with Reverends Jane Lyon and Kristen White officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Friday, July 5, 2024 from 6 PM - 7:30 PM at Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home.
