Berkley Wayne Buck Neal

Berkley Wayne "Buck" Neal, 63, husband of JoAnn Neal, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at Halifax Regional Hospital in South Boston. Buck was born May 12, 1950 to the late Thomas Walker and Maggie Whitlow Neal. A graduate of Randolph Henry High School with the Class of 1968, Buck loved to hunt and was a motorcycle enthusiast. He was a devoted husband, father and brother. A member of Antioch Baptist Church, memorial services will be held there this Saturday at 2pm with the Reverend Jane Lyon officiating. In addition to his wife, Buck is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Neal; sister, Rebekah "Becky" Neal; brother, Thomas Walker "Tom" Neal, Jr.; step-children, Roger Wilson and Kimberly Gardner and five step-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Buck was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Hurndon Neal. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial contributions to the Bacon District Fire Department.
