Beulah May Lowery Owen

Beulah May Lowery Owen of South Boston passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at the age of 87.  She was born in Halifax County on December 23, 1935 to the late Lewis Thomas Lowery and the late Henrietta Belle Conner Lowery. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Thomas Owen.

Beulah is survived by a daughter, Robin Holt (Teddy); son,  Jason Owen; grandchildren, Kevin Davis (Kellee), Cody Owen ( Savana), Josh Owen (Sarah), and Gracie Owen; great grandchildren, Hayley Dickerson, Dane Dickerson (Morgan), Maggie, Carson & Taylor Davis, Jaxon Owen, Bella Owen and Sadie Evans; great great grandchild, Lyle Dickerson; siblings, Dewey Lowery (Joe), Bun Lowery, Hooks Lowery (Nancy), Fred Lowery (Brenda) and Faye Conner (Steve).
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, George Thomas Owen; daughters, Sherrie Lloyd and Peggy Laverne Anderson and a granddaughter, Misty Dickerson.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at Black Walnut Baptist Church Cemetery in Cluster Springs.
