Bobby Wayne Patton

Bobby Wayne Patton, 74, husband of Nina Horn Patton, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2014 surrounded by his family. Mr. Patton was born December 9, 1939 in Dixon County to Arthur Garland Patton deceased and Nannie Fletcher Patton. He was a retired foreman with Fruit Growers Express Company with over 25 years service. After retirement, Mr. Patton spent many years as a carpenter. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Jamieson Memorial United Methodist Church with the Reverend John Bright and Edwin Clever officiating. A second service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Prince of Peace United Methodist Church, 6299 Token Forest Dr, Manassas, VA 20112 703670-4143. In addition to his wife and mother, Mr. Patton is survived by his daughter, Julie Robinson, of Fredericksburg and son, John Patton, of Dumphries. His grandchildren, Amanda, Richelle, Robert, Samantha, Melanie, James, Heather, Haley, Wayne, Christopher and Lindsey, six great grandchildren, sisters, Norma Jean Smith, of Woodbridge and Carol Yoder, of Dumphries, brothers, Arthur Patton, Garland Patton and Carl Patton, of Manassas, Curtis Patton of Zephar Hills, FL, Sam Patton of Woodbridge, Bill Patton of Nicholsville, and Jerry Patton of Richmond and stepsons, George Wayne Reynolds and Robert Louis Reynolds also survive.
