Bonnie Gayle Hubbard Overby

Mrs. Bonnie Gayle Hubbard Overby of 8248 L. P. Bailey Memorial Hwy., Nathalie, VA died Sunday, October 31, 2010 at the age of 55. She was born in Roxboro, NC on December 15, 1954 to the late Banks Fredrick Hubbard and the late Laura Hughes Hubbard and was married to David Lacy Overby. Mrs. Overby was a member of Southside Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Laura Beth Fallen of Nathalie, VA and Kristin Taylor Overby of Petersburg, VA; one son Steven Thomas Martin of Scottsburg, VA; one brother, Banks Fredrick Hubbard, Jr. of High Point, NC; one sister, Wanda H. Newcomb of Vernon Hill, VA; four grandchildren, Shaina Martin, Virtue Fallen, Matthew Martin, and Karissa Overby. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 4, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Brooks Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Greg Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in Halifax Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Brooks Funeral Home Wednesday night from 7 until 8:30 PM.
