Brenda Paschall Cole

South Boston - Brenda Paschall Cole, of South Boston, passed on Monday, April 6, 2020 at the age of 69. She was born in Morehead City, NC and was the daughter of the late Alton and Alice Paschall and was married 41 years to the late Robert Douglas Cole, Sr. She was the owner of Brenda’s Flowers & Gifts and managed the World of Sports for 11 years. She is survived by daughters, Dana C. Mayo (Bruce) of Halifax and Kristy LaFluer (Jeremy) of Cluster Springs; one son, Robert “RD” Cole, Jr. (Dori) of Cluster Springs; grandchildren, Kayla C. Smith (Brian), Lucy Settle (Dawson), Paten Cole, Anna Mayo, Camiron Cole; one great grandson, Decker Smith; sisters, Linda Laughorn (Mack), Katie Duncan (Harold), and Vivian Puryear; and special friends, Mary Jane Cole, Diane Lowery, Carol Willis, and Elizabeth Cole. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by grandson, Korbin LaFluer and brother, Jesse Walker. The family will hold a private graveside service at the Cole Family Cemetery.
