Carol Wiles Bowman

Carol Wiles Bowman of Oxford, NC, passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2021, at the age of 54. She was born in Petersburg, VA on September 30, 1966, to the late Roger Lee Wiles and the late Hallie Thomas Wiles. After losing both of her parents at an early age, Floyd Wiles and Betty Harris took Carol under their wing. Carol was a God-fearing woman that was never shy about speaking her mind.She enjoyed riding horses, fishing and loved to play the guitar and sing. Her deepest treasure were her 3 grandchildren. Cherishing her memory are daughter and son-in-law, Ashley and Stephen Cullinane; son, Rodney Bowman, Jr.; grandchildren, Laythan, Hendrick and Makaylyn and guardians, Floyd Wiles and Betty Harris.In addition, Carol is survived by sisters, Helen Rideout and Matilda Adams; brother, Tom Wiles; ex-husband and father of her children, Rodney Bowman as well as special cousins, Sarah Parker and Kathy Clayton.
