Carol Haase Hutcheson

Carol Haase Hutcheson, 65, of Skipwith and formerly of Richmond, died Tuesday, April 5, 2011. She is survived by her husband, N.G. Hutcheson, Jr. of Skipwith; daughter and son-in-law, Linda Hutcheson and Fred Scherr, grandsons, Nathaniel Gonzalez and Nolan Scherr, and mother, Mary Lee Haase, all of Richmond. Carol's sisters, Linda Haase of Virginia Beach, Pat Haase Stith of Richmond, and Barbara Haase of Albuquerque; niece Jessica Stith of Richmond, nephews, Nathan and Evan Cole of Albuquerque, sister-in-law Dianitia Hutcheson of Chapel Hill, and Godchildren, Hannah-Rose and Heather Anne Tucker and their parents David and Tricia Tucker all of Clarksville also survive. Carol was a communicant at St. Timothy's Episcopal Church in Clarksville where she served as volunteer parish secretary for 18 years; served on the Vestry in numerous capacities, and on several Diocese of Southern VA commissions and committees for many years. Services will be held at St. Timothy's at 11 AM Friday with the Reverend Susan Grimm officiating. The family will receive friends 7-9PM Thursday at Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home.
