Casey Nicole Pulliam

SOUTH BOSTON - Miss Casey Nicole Pulliam went to be with the Lord on December 22, 2016 at the age of 16. She was born on September 7, 2000 in Halifax County to Corbin Crews Pulliam and Richard Pulliam.Casey was a member of Grace Baptist Church where she was in the youth program and aformer leader of the AWANAS.She was a student at Halifax County Senior High where she was a member of the varsity basketball team, JV soccer team, and the varsity girls cross country. Casey is survived by her mother, Corbin Pulliam and fiancé, Jamie Howerton of South Boston; father, Richard Pulliam and wife Windy of Haw River, NC; sister, Olivia Taylor Pulliam and Tony Rondinelli of South Boston; nephews, Dean and Bennett Rondinelli; step sisters, Abbie and Jillian Howerton; step brothers, Noah and Wyatt Handy; grandparents, Faye and Donald Gainey, Faye and Marvin Beck, Warren and Pat Pulliam; great grandmother, Virginia Crews; and great aunt, Loraine Kendrick. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 26, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Grace Baptist Church. The family will receive friends at Grace Baptist Church Monday, December 26 from 1:00-3:00 PM. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
