Christopher Elliott Horton

Christopher Elliott Horton, 43, died Tuesday March 15, 2011 in South Boston. Chris was born in Halifax County, VA on February 16, 1968 to Larry Baynes Horton, Sr. and Helen Elliott Grady. He had a passion for fishing, music, the lake and riding motorcycles. Christopher is survived by mother and father-in-law, Helen and William Grady of Clarksville, father and mother-in-law, Larry and Anne Horton, of South Boston, six children, brother, Larry Baynes Horton Jr., and close friends Kathy McKinney and Melissa Newcomb. The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 7-9 pm at Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home. Services will be private.
