Clara Elizabeth Ingram

HALIFAX Ms. Clara Elizabeth Ingram passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at the age of 66. She was born in Halifax County on November 17, 1954 to the late Ellis and Audrey Conner Ingram. She enjoyed loud cars and racing. She was loved by everyone. Clara is survived by a son, Raymond David Smoot, Jr of Georgia; daughter, Darlene Elizabeth Landrum (Kenneth) of Halifax; sister, Mary Gregory; brothers, Charles Ingram and David Ingram; grandchildren, Alexander Cash and Jennifer Markham mother of grandchildren, Lily Smoot, JoJo Smoot, and Christian Smoot; and great grandchild, Nephi Smoot. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Hilda Martin; and brother, Ellis Ingram, Jr. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Brooks Lyon Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Harvey Spencer.
