Claudine Osborne Owen

Claudine Osborne Owen of Alton passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at the age of 88.  She was born in Washington County, VA on May 1, 1935 to the late Reverend Robert Millard Osborne and the late Grace Trivett Osborne.  Claudine is survived by her husband, Richard Henry Owen.

In addition to her husband, Henry, she is survived by a daughter, Gale O. Moore (Quain); grandchildren, Dean Moore (Brittany), Rebecca Moore and Michelle Dabbs; 8 great grandchildren and a sister Kay Seymore (Vernie). She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Peggy Osborne, Ronnie Osborne, Danny Osborne and Bob Osborne.

A Celebration of Life for Henry & Claudine will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at Brooks Lyon Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, at Brooks Lyon Funeral Home.
