David Harter Glasscock

BUFFALO JUNCTION - Mr. David Harter Glasscock passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at the age of 66. He was born in South Boston, VA on March 24, 1951 the son of the late Rommie Vest Glasscock and the late Ila Harter Glasscock and was married to the late Donna Bartholomew Glasscock. David was a 1969 graduate of Bluestone High School and was a member of Gravel Hill Baptist Church. He was a retired construction equipment operator. Mr. Glasscock is survived by sisters, Paige Hayes of Rockville, VA and Sybil Cole of Clarksville; brother, Lewis B. Glasscock of Buffalo Springs; and a nephew, Jeffrey S. Hayes of Glen Allen, VA. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, and a brother, Rommie Lee Glasscock. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 11:00 AM in Gravel Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Joey Tucker officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
