Deanna Faye Terry Butler

VERNON HILL, VA. Deanna Faye Terry Butler of Vernon Hill, VA died Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at the age of 75. She was born in Big Stone Gap, VA on September 7, 1939 the daughter of the late William Terry, Sr.and Eva Dorton Terry. Ms. Butler worked for Columbia Forest Products and was a member of the New Covenant Worship Center. Survivors include two daughters, Linda Phillips and husband, Sam of Marion, NC and Glenda Masterson and husband, Randy of Pennville, IN; three brothers, James Terry, Charles Terry and wife, Carolyn, and John Terry and wife, Jean, all of Vernon Hill, VA; four grandchildren, two step grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and seven step great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Homer Lee Callahan, one son, Ricky Wayne Callahan, and one brother, William "Rachel" Terry, Jr. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 2, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Brooks Lyon Funeral Home Chapel with burail to follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Brooks Lyon Funeral Home on Thursday, January 1, 2015 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
