Debra Kemp Batchelor

Franklinton, NC Debra Kemp Batchelor, 67, widow of Arnold Martin Batchelor, died the morning of August 29, 2015.She was born on March 20, 1948 to the late Ansel Nathaniel Kemp and Mary Ann Robins Kemp (surviving).Debra was born in Mecklenburg County, Virginia and was a graduate of the Bluestone High School Class of 1966.Surviving are her mother, Mary Ann Robins Kemp of Clarksville, VA, daughter, Marjorie Batchelor of McCormick, SC, sister Morado Angel of Clarksville, VA, grandson, Chandler Batchelor of McCormick, SC, aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Emmett Capps of Bullock, NC and many cousins. The memorial service will be held at 3 PM on Tuesday, September 1st at Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home in Clarksville, VA.Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service.
