Dena Booth Reynolds

SOUTH BOSTON, VA Mrs. Dena Booth Reynolds went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at the age of 94.Born in Patrick County, VA on November 18, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Claude Edgar Booth and the late Mamie Rakes Booth and was married to the late William Edward Reynolds.Mrs. Reynolds was a member of First Crossroads Baptist Church and along with her late husband, the owners of Reynolds Pastry Shop in South Boston. Survivors include her sons, Cecil Lawson and Rocco Reynolds and wife, Pam of South Boston; a grandson, Coy Lawson; and a brother, Edgar Lee Booth of Ferrum, VA.Dena was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and 4 sisters and 3 brothers. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at First Crossroads Baptist Church with the Reverend Dan Ward officiating.Burial will follow in the church cemetery.The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service, 1:00-2:00 PM at the church.
