Devan Michael Sharp

Devan Michael Sharp passed away at his home on Friday, November 4, 2022. He was born in Danville, VA on January 19, 1996 to the late Michael Douglas Sharp and the late Deborah Lorraine French.

Devan was employed at Goodyear in the maintenance department through Piedmont Precision Machine Company. He loved hunting, especially his crossbow, fishing, golfing, trucks, four wheelers and dirt bikes. He was a good "ole" country boy and loved hanging out with his friends.

He is survived by his grandmother, Mary French; sister, Kelly Rae Williams; aunts, Brooklyn Sharp and Kathy Jones; cousin, Jenna Rosenoff; great grandmothers, Rosa Sharp and Yvonne Bishop; his other mother, Liz Link and a large community of good friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by grandparents, Kelly French and Deborah Sharp & Donnie Sharp.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 11, 2022 at Victory Baptist Church, 200 Golden Lane, Ringgold, VA 24586 with Reverend Chad Branch officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Danville, VA. The family will receive friends on Friday from 12 Noon until 2 PM at Victory Baptist Church and at other times at Devan's home.
