Dolores Virginia Bristol

Dolores V. Bristol, of South Boston, passed away on August 27, 2024 at the age of 84.

Dolores was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed camping, traveling with her family and meeting with her church family at Willow Oak Christian Church.

She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Theodore Bristol; her sister, Kathy Swindon; her brother, Mark Gloska (Sharon); her daughters, Christine Giarrusso (Mike) and Brenda Horton (Rob); grandson, Dan Horton; granddaughter, Teirra Howe and 3 great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 31 at 11:00 AM at Brooks Lyon Funeral Home with the Reverend Dr. Michael Haskett officiating. Burial will follow at Halifax Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service beginning at 10:00 AM.
