Donna Welch Chandler

Virgilina, VA Donna Welch Chandler, 66, wife of Edward Donald Chandler, passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2018. Donna was born on February 4, 1952 to Malcus Victor and Lucille McIntire Welch in Guilford County, NC. She was a graduate of Halifax High School with the class of 1970 and a member of Union Christian Church. In addition to her husband, Donna is survived by her daughters, Haven Chandler Sferrazza of Holly Springs, NC and Christi Chandler Floyd of Matthews, NC as well as grandchildren Brandon, Kaylee, and Luke. Her sister Grace Ellen Welch Spangler of Eutawville, SC also survives. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Patricia “Dinkie” Warf. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 11 at Virgilina Cemetery with the Reverend Chris Talley officiating.
