Dorothy Mae Hitte Brown, wife of the late Charles Bradford Brown, Jr., passed away on Monday, August 8, 2022, at the age of 89. Born in West Warwick, Rhode Island on April 5, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Julia Russell Hitte. Mrs. Brown is survived by her children, Ross Brown, Sr. (Amy), Theresa Harkey, and Robert Brown (Darlene); grandchildren, Angie Williamson, Krista Hite, Ross Brown, Jr., Randi Philemon (Chris), Ashlie Brown (Brian), John Brown, Chris Brown, and Kaiden Brown; 9 great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces and nephews, in Rhode Island. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Sasha Brown; a great grandson, Angel Brown; two sisters and four brothers.
