Dorothy Barnard Wyble

Mrs. Dorothy Elizabeth Barnard Wyble, 79, widow of George Louis Wyble, Jr., died Sunday, December 21, 2008 at her home. Daughter of Stanley Albert and Bessie Drake Smith, she was born and reared in New Jersey and was a graduate of Grover Cleveland High School with the Class of 1947. Mrs. Wyble was prececed in death by her first husband, Albert William Barnard. She worked in the banking industry as a teller and secretary; and moved to this area in 1978. She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, James W. Barnard of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Robert A. and Judy Barnard of Townsville, NC; and step grandchildren, Chris and Dennis Simmons. Memorial services will be 7PM Tuesday, January 13, 2009 in the chapel at Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home. Interment will take place on January 17, 2008 at Prospect Hill Cemetery, in New Jersey.
