Douglas Shayne Pugh

Mr. Douglas Shayne Pugh, husband of Janet Cunningham Pugh, of Clarksville passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at the age of 72. He was born in Seattle, WA on October 2, 1950 the son of the late Ralph Meredith Pugh and Dorothy Ryder Pugh. Mr. Pugh was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was a member of Kawanis International in Hagerstown, MD serving as Governor of the Capital District. A jack of all trades, he loved building, creating, solving problems and helping others. His family was his deepest passion. Survivors include his wife, Janet; children, Tanya King (Jamie) of Chase City and Ryan Douglas Pugh (Charlie) of Sanford, FL; brother, Bryce Pugh (Debbie) of Greencastle, PA; grandchildren, Jordyn, Hunter, Brendan, Mackenzie, Nathaniel, Jansyn, and Julie; and great grandchildren, Eva, Trinity, and Dante. He was preceded in death by a brother, Stephen Pugh. A private visitation will be held at a later date.
