Edward Dean Hudson

VIRGILINA, VA. Mr. Edward Dean Hudson of Virgilina died Monday, February 8, 2016 at the age of 59. Edward was born in Halifax Co., VA on June 3, 1956 to Nell Hudson and the late H.E. Hudson, Jr. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. Mr. Edward Dean Hudson is survived by his mother; daughters, Ann Kathryn Hudson and Ashley Green and husband, Chip; four grandchildren, Jacob Comer, Dixie Overby, Addison Bowen, Julianna Green; step granddaughter, Cari Green; and special friend, Lisa Puryear. A memorial service for Mr. Edward Dean Hudson will be held Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Shady Grove United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall with the Reverend Shayne Estes officiating. The family requests memorials be made to Shady Grove United Methodist Church, 4129 East Hyco Road, South Boston, VA 24592.
