Eleanor Barbour Bennett

Clarksville, VA - Eleanor Barbour Bennett passed away on Monday, March 23, 2020, at the age of 98. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Peter Raymond Martin and Alfred George Bennett. Eleanor was born in New Brunswick, Canada on January 13, 1922, to the late Daisy Myrtle Stiles Barbour and the late Kenneth Seely Barbour. She was raised in Far Hills, NJ and worked as a seamstress and interior designer. In her leisure time, she enjoyed bowling. Cherishing her memories are her daughters, Barbara Martin of Clarksville, VA and Gail Martin (Barry Jacobson) of Lexington, MA and her step-daughters, Lynn Zaleski of Hackettstown, NJ and Susan Fansler (Roy) of Panama City Beach, FL.
