Ellen Oakley Withers

CLOVER, VA Mrs. Ellen Oakley Withers of Clover passed away Monday, December 10, 2018 at the age of 68. Born in Arlington, VA on December 16, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Paul Oakley and the late Marguerite Hull Oakley and was married to William D. Withers. Ellen enjoyed animals, photography, computers and the outdoors. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Michelle Fisher of Fredericksburg, VA; son, Steven Dixon of Indianapolis, IN; sister, Jeanne Barton of Fredericksburg, VA and a brother, David Oakley of Arlington, VA. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. The family requests those wishing to give memorials, please consider your local animal rescue group.
