Emma Williamson Glasscock

Mrs. Emma Williamson Glasscock, 91, widow of James Nathaniel Glasscock, passed away Monday, February 21, 2011 at The Woodview in South Boston. Emma was born March 18, 1919 to Robert and Lizzie Thomas Williamson. She was a homemaker and a member of Bluestone Baptist Church. Graveside funeral services will be 2PM Wednesday at Union Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Billy Coghill officiating. Mrs. Glasscock is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Junior and Peggy Glasscock of Virgilina; step-grandson, Jeffrey A. Cook of Apex, NC and step-great grandchildren, Kaylee and Brandon Cook. Her sister, Virgie Elliott, of Buffalo Junction also survives.
