Estelle Nunn Vaughan

Mrs. Martha Estelle Nunn Vaughan, 103, widow of Johnny Vaughan, died Thursday, December 23, 2010 at The Woodview in South Boston. Mrs. Vaughan was born November 17, 1907 to Willie Thomas and Martha Yancey Nunn. She was retired from Carter Fabrics. Funeral services will be 3PM Sunday at Aaron's Creek Baptist Church, of which she was a member, with Reverend Vance Midgett officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Vaughan is survived by 9 nephews and 4 nieces and numbers of grand and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Hallie Nunn Hite; her brothers, Herbert Arthur Nunn and Cabble Willie Nunn, and two nieces. The family will receive friends prior to the service starting at 2PM.
