Eugenia Binns Hughes

Eugenia Binns Hughes, died October 21, 2013. She was the daughter of the late Emmett and Mamie Binns of New Kent County and the widow of Richard M. Hughes. She is survived by one daughter, Loretta Oates Davis, and her husband Hawthorne; one grandson, Charles Douglas Mullen; one granddaughter Marjorie Mullen Randall, and her husband Gregory, of Clarksville, VA; and three great-grandchildren: Jacquelyn Paige Mullen, Matthew Christopher Randall and Emily Grace Randall. The family will receive friends at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., on Thursday, October 24 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A graveside service will be held at Providence United Methodist Church at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 25, her 98th birthday.
