Frances Wallace Chandler

Frances Louise Wallace Chandler of Clarksville, VA passed away on December 26, 2021 at the age of 83. Born on January 28, 1938 in Lunenburg County, she was the daughter of the late Richard Gordon Wallace and the late Lucille Johnson Wallace and was married to Eugene “Gene” Chandler for almost 60 years. Frances was a graduate of Victoria High School, in Victoria, Virginia. Frances loved her family and friends. Whether it was keeping up with what they were doing in life or cooking and baking their favorite dishes, she never disappointed in being there for her family and friends. She was a devoted member of Liberty Baptist Church for close to 60 years. Mrs. Chandler is survived by her beloved husband, Gene Chandler; her brother, Edward Wallace (Violet); nieces and nephews, Sara Price (Shaun) and their children Julian and Levi, Lucy Wallace, Ashley Wallace (Lindsey) and their child Emily, Richard Wallace (Katie) and their child Riley; as well as her furry companion, Jack. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 29 at 2:00PM in the Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery with the Reverends Nathan White and Herman Newcomb officiating.
