Frances Davis Easley, 86, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 4, 2006. She was residing at Meadowview Terrace in Clarksville. Frances, born November 2, 1919, was the daughter of Eugene Lee Davis and Fannie Ladd Davis. Frances co-owned and co-operated Easley?s Supply for numerous years in the 40?s and 50?s. Frances also worked at Russell Stover and retired from there. Frances walked all her life making deliveries to those in need throughout Central Virginia and is now returning to her original home in Buffalo Springs, Va. Survivors include daughters, Frankie Owen Easley of Madison Heights and Barbara Easley Stanley Thomas of Montpelier; sister, Marjorie Davis Holmes Garth of Pawleys Island, SC; brother-in-law David Phillips and numerous nieces and nephews. Frances was predeceased by daughter, Molly Davis Easley and the father of her children, Frank Easley. Funeral services will be 10 AM Thursday in the chapel at Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home with the Reverend Dan Tilley officiating. Interment will be in the Gravel Hill Cemetery.
