Frances Ann Townsend

Clarksville, VA - Frances Ann Czawlytko Townsend, beloved wife of William Herbert Townsend, passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at the age of 79. She was born on August 21, 1939 in San Diego, CA to the late Francis and Celia Duenas Czawlytko. Mrs. Townsend was a retired teacher. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, William; four daughters, Bonnie Marie Townsend of Alexandria VA, Tammy Ann Kwiatkowski (Michael) of Stewartstown PA, Kimberly Townsend (Susan Davis) of Red Oak VA, and Mary Frances Storm (Steve) of Clarksville VA; four grandchildren, Stevie Janis, Jr. (Erika), Michael Janis (Dara), Elizabeth Kwiatkowski, Sarah Storm and two great grandchildren, Jordyn Janis and Mia Mitchell.
