SOUTH BOSTON Mr. Frederick Hawkins “Freddie” Seamster passed away at his residence on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. He was born on December 21, 1947 to the late John Wesley Seamster, Sr and the late Ruth Hawkins Seamster. Pulliam and husband, Nelson and Andrew Charles “Andy” Seamster; grandchildren, Austin Nicholas Pulliam and Erin Elizabeth Pulliam; brother, David Seamster of Nathalie and a sister, Jo Carroll Godwin of Anderson, SC. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, J.W.
