Glenna Griffin Nunn, 94, went to be with the Lord on February 24, 2024. She was born on July 1, 1929 to the late Taylor Floyd Griffin and Willie Lee Glasscock Griffin in Buffalo Junction, Virginia and was the widow of the love of her life, Mac Nunn. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Raymond Griffin, her sisters Nell Savarese and Jean Daniel and her grandson Brandon Carneal.
She is survived by her loving son, Malcolm and his wife Paula; grandsons Shawn (Nikki) and Dustin; granddaughters Malina Caffrey, Melissa Nunn and Jessica Nunn; and great grandchildren Harper, Niles, Knox, Chase, Marlee, Darian, and Aria. She is also survived by a sister Helen Blanks and many special nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
She graduated from Clarksville High School, Class of 1946. She retired from Burlington Menswear Executive Office as an Administrative Assistant. Glenna was a partner and bookkeeper for Taylor and Nunn Insurance Agency, Inc. She was also secretary of the Town of Clarksville's Revitalization Committee. She was an active member of Clarksville Baptist Church serving on different committee's and The LOM Circle (Love of Missions). She was also in charge of Clarksville Baptist Church's Relay for Life Team for many years, raising money and awareness for the American Cancer Society. Glenna was also a long-time member of The Order of the Eastern Star. It is well known that her favorite past time was cooking for her family and many friends.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 1, 2024 at Clarksville Baptist Church with Visitation in the church fellowship hall following her funeral. Burial will be at Oakhurst Cemetery at 4:00 PM.
