Greyson Lee Sweat

Greyson Lee Sweat went to be with Jesus on Sunday, June 18, 2023 at the age of 3 weeks old.  He was born on May 25, 2023 to parents, Shawn Wayne Sweat Jr and Tamieka Jennings Sweat.

Greyson loved holding onto his parents’ fingers and skin to skin contact. He loved cuddling with his octopus.  “Greyson did his best and God did the rest”.

He is survived by his parents, Shawn and Tamieka; sister, Annaliese Sweat, grandparents, Maria Sweat, Shawn Sweat Sr, Nadine Britt and Wayne Shearin; aunts & uncles, Briana Jennings, Jason Lawrence, Tiffany Mendoza and Samantha Sweat.

He was preceded in death by uncle, Dennis Harris; great grandfathers, Jimmy Lee Sweat and Wayne Shearin Sr; and great grandmothers, Sandra Shearin and Nancy Bircher.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at Brooks Lyon Funeral Home Chapel.
