Hubert "Bill" Coleman Jones

Red Oak, VA - Hubert “Bill” Coleman Jones, husband of Mary “Polly” Toombs Jones, passed away on Monday, March 11, 2019, at the age of 88. He was born in Charlotte County on December 3, 1930 to the late George Randolph and Annie Allen Jones. Bill was a 50 year Burlington Industries retiree, as well as a farmer and gardener. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. In addition to his wife, Bill is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Wanda and Ernie Rogers of Midlothian, a son and daughter-in-law, Warren and Carolyn Jones of Red Oak and grandchildren Jansen Rogers, Lexi Rogers and Courtney Claiborne. A graveside memorial service will be held at 3 pm on Wednesday, March 13 at Antioch Baptist Church with the Reverend Kristen White officiating.
