Ida Mae Smith Bowes

Ida Mae Smith Bowes of Alton, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2024 at the age of 74.  Born in Caswell County, NC, she was the daughter of the late James Smith and the late Ida Jackson Smith.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Banks Bowes.

Ida was a homemaker and loved her family dearly.

She is survived by her sons, Michael D. Bowes (Kim), Charles G. Bowes and Curtis Bowes; great grandchildren, Kage Najacht, Kian Najacht and Kinley Najacht and a sister, Shirley Thaxton.
