Inez Upton Fallen

Inez Upton Fallen of Lake Conner Road, Nathalie, Virginia passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, June 24, 2024. She was born in Halifax County on October 1, 1933 to the late Joseph William Upton and the late Ida Gordon Upton.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Jennings Fallen.

She is survived by nieces, Delane Fuquay (Dewey) and Angie Cunningham (Robert); great nieces & nephews, Tyler Fuquay (Jessica), Cody Fuquay (Rebecca) and their son, Wesley, Morgan Cunningham (Barrett) and Carlyn Cunningham (Jarett) and numerous other nieces & nephews; sister -in-law, Geraldine Overstreet and brother-in-law, Jackie Fallen.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her sons, Calvin and Mark; siblings, Calvin Upton, Gladys Brown, Tootsie O'Brien and Stover Upton.

Special thanks are given to Linda Fowlkes, Teresa Anderson and Phyllis Franklin for their extreme loyal and dedicated care given to Inez.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, June 28, 2024 at Providence Presbyterian Church with Reverend Shelton Miles officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, 12 PM - 1 PM at the church.
