Ivy Wilson Saunders

SOUTH BOSTON Mrs. Ivy Wilson Saunders, wife of the late Warren David “Lightning” Saunders, Jr, passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2020 at the age of 48.She was born in Person County, NC on April 4, 1972 to Gerald Wilson, Sr. and the late Judy Turner Wilson. Ivy loved her family and her grandchildren were the love of her life. She also loved to sing and dance. She is survived by daughters, Donna Lynn Saunders, Shannon “Boo Boo” Saunders, and Deborah Wilmoth; grandchildren, Gypsy Rose Burke and Isaac James Saunders; brothers, Gerald Wilson, Jr and Michael Wilson; sister, Kim Mason and step mother, Carol Wilson. She was preceded in death by her husband and her mother. No services at this time.
