James Michael Baker

ALTON,VA Mr. James Michael “Mike” Baker passed away Sunday, September 24, 2017 at the age of 57. He was born November 16, 1959 in Fort Knox, KY to the late James Bromley Baker and Iva Marie Conley Baker. Mike was married to Cynthia Snowden Baker. Mr. Baker enjoyed hunting and fishing, horseback riding, and loved his horses and dogs. In addition to his mother and wife, Mike is survived by his daughters, Nicole Baker and Michelle Milstead (Guy); his son, Aaron Baker; and his grandchildren, Marissa Marie Anderson, Olivia Neal Milstead, Toby Bomar, and Jasmine Lily Milstead. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 2:00PM at Black Walnut Baptist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Raymond Wooten officiating. The family will receive friends inside the church an hour before the service and at other times at his mother’s home, 1098 Paradise Rd, Alton.
