James Allen Chandler

Clarksville, VA James Allen Chandler, 46, husband of Dolly K. Chandler, died Sunday, September 27, 2009. The son of Maynard Lee Chandler deceased and Nina Thomasson Hand of Clarksville, James was a graduate of Bluestone High School with the class of 1981. Employed with Food Lion, James was previously employed by the Clarksville Police Department, Burlington Industries and Mecklenburg Correctional in Security. In addition to his wife and mother, James is survived by his son, Chad Allen Chandler, of Clarksville; and his aunt, Lael Thomasson Shaver of Greensboro, NC. Graveside services will be 2PM Wednesday at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery on Trottinridge Road with the Reverend Rodney Barwick officiating.
