James "Jim" Rillie Nutter

Clarksville, VA - James “Jim” Rillie Nutter passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at the age of 74.Mr. Nutter was born on November 18, 1941 in Rupert, WV to the late Pauline Richardson Nutter and the late Woodrow Wilson Nutter.He was married to the late Susan Lee Vines Nutter.Jim was a graduate of Morris Harvey College which is now the University of Charleston.In August of 1974, he became the co-owner of Clarksville Auto Supply (NAPA).Mr. Nutter was a member of Jamieson Memorial United Methodist Church. Jim is survived by his sons and daughters in law, James Mark and Beth Nutter and James Andrew and Sherri Nutter; grandsons, Tyler Nutter and Scott Nutter; granddaughter, Jennifer Nunn and great grandson, Camden Mark Newcomb.He is also survived by his devoted friend, Laura Seamans. A graveside service for Mr. Nutter will be held at 4 p.m. on Monday, September 12, 2016 at the Eternity Mausoleum in Oakhurst Cemetery with the Reverend John Bright officiating.The family will receive friends at all times at 350 E.
