James Victor Panek

Clarksville, VA - James Victor Panek, Jr., husband of Randie Felts, passed away on Sunday, August 5, 2018 at the age of 61. He was born on March 9, 1957, the child of the late Gertrude Cabarga Panek and James Victor Panek, Sr. James was a builder by trade and died with his hands dirty and his work boots on, doing what he loved to do. In addition to his wife, James is survived by a daughter, Jaime Panek Martinez of Austin, TX; a sister and brother-in-law, Julia and Milton Crocker of Clarksville, VA and four grandchildren.
