Jane Rae Ellixson

Miss Jane Rae Ellixson, age 94, of South Boston, Virginia and formerly of Montgomery, Alabama died on December 15, 2009. Miss Ellixson was born in Virgilina, Virginia on December 9, 1915. She is survived by her sister, Paris Ellixson Gravitt of South Boston, Virginia. She is also survived by eighteen (18) nieces and nephews and numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews. Miss Ellixson was preceded in death by her parents, Nellie Mae Kidd and Cornelius LeRoy Ellixson, by her sister, Beth Ellixson Tuck and brothers: Joseph Kidd Ellixson, Woodrow Valentine Ellixson, Sr., Graham James Ellixson, Sr., Gerald Wade Ellixson and Cornelius LeRoy Ellixson. The family will receive friemds at the home of Paris Ellixson Gravitt, 1701 Wilkerson St., South Boston, VA.. Graveside services will be held at Virgilina Cemetery on Thursday, December 17, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. with Dr. Russell Lee and Reverend Edward Rigg officiating.
