Jane Moseley Harris

Jane Moseley Harris, widow of Hubert Bruce Harris, Jr. passed away at Paul Spring Assisted Living in Alexandria on Sunday, April 20, 2014. Mrs. Harris was born in Lawrenceville to the late Howell and Hattie Chaplin Moseley. She was a graduate of Longwood University and the Medical College of Virginia where she received her degree in Medical Technology. She was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church and former member of the Chase City Fortnightly Club. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2PM on Thursday in Woodland Cemetery with the Reverend Marsha Davis officiating. Mrs. Harris is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Ann and Norman Eustis of Alexandria, and son, Bob Harris, of Clarksville. Her grandchildren, Robert and James Eustis of Alexandria and great grandson, Owen Leeds Eustis, also of Alexandria, also survive. Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
