Jane Sizemore Tillotson Hughes

Jane Sizemore Tillotson Hughes, 91, of Buffalo Junction, VA, passed away February 21, 2023 surrounded by her family. She was born in Oxford, NC to the late Young Sizemore and Mary Sizemore on July 13, 1931. Jane was a wonderful mother and grandmother, who was always there when her family needed her.

She was predeceased by her first husband, Marshall Tillotson, two brothers Lindsey Sizemore, and Jasper Sizemore; and a sister, Vernell Jeffries.

Jane was married to Bobby Hughes, who survives. Cherishing her memory are her husband, Bobby, son, Marshall Carl Tillotson, grandchildren, Kristy Tillotson and Kourtney Ahearn (Owen), and great grandchildren Paisley Ahearn and Kamryn Ahearn.

Funeral services will be held on February 24 at 2 PM in the Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow in Oakhurst Cemetery.
