Jaxon Ace Barksdale

SOUTH BOSTON Infant Jaxon Ace Barksdale passed away on April 7, 2022 at VCU in Richmond.He was born on April 4, 2022 to Ashley Lynn Barksdale and his father. Baby Jaxon was a fighter, fighting as long and hard as he could. Baby boy Jaxon is survived by his mother, Ashley and his father; grandparents, Phillip and Connie Barksdale; his paternal grandparents; aunt, Brittany Barksdale and friend, Joshua; beloved pet, Mitzi and numerous other family members including great grandpa Ray Barksdale, and great grandmother, Connie Perkins.Jaxonwas preceded in death by great grandmother, Velma Barksdale; great grandfather, J.T. Vaughan; and step grandmother, Vickie Barksdale and other family members. The family is being cared by Brooks Lyon Funeral and Cremation Services, 115 Main Street, South Boston, VA.
