Allen, age 46, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2016 at Northampton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Jackson, NC.He was born on February 12, 1970 to the late Sandra Jenkins and Jimmy Lee Allen.Johnny was their special needs son. He is survived by aunts Joyce Lavagnino and her husband, Steve of Chase City, VA and Sheila Runyon of Clearmont, FL. A remembrance service will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home, 703 Virginia Ave., Clarksville, VA.
